Good selection, helpful employees. It is very much a university store. Which is to say that U.W. merch is available and presumably textbooks and supplies (I wasn't looking for them). However, it's not the sort of "cozy" bookstore you might want to browse and spend time in. Not a fault, just a difference.

This bookstore has many sections but I would say 3 main ones are- a husky store (college merch), a bookstore (non textbook) and a stationary/textbook area. There is a bank, a cafe, a wrapping section, and gifts stands.

I came into this bookstore to tạke graduation photos with a couple of friends. This was also my first time there. The bookstore is spacious and clean. There are not as many varieties of books as others, except reference books. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable about students. I will come back at someday

Haven't been in here for years. I was looking for a coffee shop on the Ave late in the day. I was walking by U Book and noticed a small sign for a coffee shop that was open until 6. Several tables open, a friendly barista who knew what they were doing and a mostly mellow gathering of customers. Just what I was looking for to review some music (via an earpiece) I was going to participating later in the evening.

You can come here to read, get coffee or let your kids enjoy themselves. Nice quiet area. They have special sitting dor kids and adults

This bookstore feels like it hasn’t really changed for years, though there have been some changes. The regular bookstore side is now taken over by Barnes and noble. The rest is the University side. They have textbooks and spirit wear as well as nice little gift type items like jellycats. There is also a little cafe for a coffee or a place to sit while the rest of your party is shopping.

Super cool, I found a lot of interesting books- not much stuff associated with UW though, or maybe I didn’t look at the entire area.

If you're someone with a big imagination, a dreamer, someone who hopes, or even just likes to pretend for a while, then this is the place for you. It's a cozy spot for anyone who feels a little bored. They get it here. They know that make-believe and tall tales are where the good stuff starts.
